I'd love to go to a meet sometime but all the places for the meets are an hour+ away from me. Hard to do for a married fella with kids. Any chances of a meet somewhere further north of Atlanta? Buford area maybe? Tilted Kilt or some other popular area perhaps? Always a lot of bike meets at the Kilt.

Just a thought.

Something to consider. This isn't the only meet for Atlanta though. Anyone is more than welcome to put something else together for a different day/time. :)

Something like that might work well for a Saturday/Sunday afternoon or something.

Buford/Lawrenceville/Dacula on a Sunday or Monday night would work well for me.

Sent from my PO-T4T0 with Eyes.

I'm far too lazy to even attempt to organize anything.
But if my part is to show up, talk, listen and learn....

I live an hour+ north of Atlanta. I'm in Gainesville. I'm married and have a daughter. Only reason I can make it is I regularly have clients in Atlanta.

I don't think they'll go that far north (I wish they would) most of the guys live in the Atlanta area. There was a nice guy from canton that is in the navy (works at dobbins, Marietta) whom made it. He was struggling with the distance too.

Same boat here! Jefferson, Ga! Not far from you!

What color is your ride? I saw a different one yesterday on 129 heading towards Gainesvegas. Never seen this one. Lil drop, wheels, sounded faintly like some intake work as I zoomed by. I would've waved but this bitch in an F150 had literally just tested the stopping power of my brakes and I was flustered. I didn't see it til I was going by. Asphault colored.

I have a Series 10 FR-S, they only come in a blueish silver color. I run the gacarry.org booth at the gun show in Jefferson. I'm over that way from time to time.

I will be at the April 1 meet, it's only a little ways from where I live. Hopefully I will get my friend to bring his legacy spec b - super nice!

Mooseknuckle44 03-26-2014 12:23 AM

That's a little over an hour for me. I may try to make that one.
