Rent parking lots?

I was wondering if anyone knew a spot me and my friends could rent to drift in somewhat near boca raton fl. And also what the price range could be? Thx

Not sure if anyone will let you do that. The best option would be to take it to the track. If it was like Japan here, you can take them to Drift parks that are open almost everyday.

There's drift parks in japan?!?! That's awesome! But yea I think I'll just take it to tracks it's just that there rly expensive and thought if me and a bunch of friends rented a place it would be cheaper

Buy a lot of cones, get an official looking dude with a clip board and boom, ghetto autox/drift lot

Nicolas0esp1 01-22-2014 02:17 PM

Exactly lol

We done that before and still got kicked out of an abandon lot, which we still had permission to be at, lol. Basically we were still loud enough for other people that lived far away to still hear us going sideways in the lot.

So u got kick out for "disturbing the peace?"

Looks like you guys are forgetting important thing. Space isn't a big deal, biggest thing is "Insurance"

Any kind of "automotive" event/thing require insurance (small or big). 90% of the time, those spaces owner make you get insurance "just in case" and it's not cheap either. decent space ask you to minimum of $5m insurance (no joke here).

Again, if you're looking into "drifting" space... think bout "insurance" first

PBIR will host a drift event soon. Countyline used to do it but its getting closed.

PBIR does it from time to time (I THINK).

Yup, but most of those are major parking space. some parking might be cheaper, but they still be asking to be in cover for $150k (for VERY small space).

Go to your community college. They're bound to have giant lots and probably empty at night. That's what I do lol

Ebisu has one of the biggest one's but I have seen them in rural areas too. This one at Ebisu is 2500 yen for half a day. About $25 and is open to the public.
