As for the trunk button on the inside of the trunk, left side; the FRS does come with that switch to cancel (or lock) the trunk. By pressing in the cancel button (or unplugging the button) when you try to unlock the trunk via unlock trunk on the key, it will not "pop" open; you would need to manually insert the key into the trunk if you take out the button or click the cancel switch. As for relocation, you can, but keep in mind that you do not have a lot of slack to use and Subaru put it there for a reason. I suppose you could extend the wires and mount the switch wherever you wish. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! :cheers: |
