Got some TSBs done

so for the NJ people, i had a rough time fighting sansone toyota to do their job, laziest dealer ive ever seen. They refused to do the frozen window tsb and never told me about the fuel pump clicking one. they took 2.5 hours for a oil change and 1 month to get me a tail light.. terrible service and always trying to bullshit someone. i went up to rt22 toyota in hillside, i talked to danny the service rep, he got me all the parts for the window tsb and high pressure fuel pump in 1 day, dropped the car off at 10am and had it back by 6pm with both windows done, pump done and a oil change( one of those free ones ive never used).

So if you guys need a dealer to go to that works quick and efficiently try rt22 hillside. The tech was milan, cool kid put no miles on my car.

as long as you don't have problem, no improved part is required .
but i understand that you dont want problem in future.

I never visit dealer. they usually fuck up other stuff that doesnt have problem when fixing other parts. lol

i did have the window freezing problem every day in december, it was bad everytime i opened the door it sounded like my window was gonna shatter, but i got my car in nov 2012, the tsb changed with each group of vins so newer ones wont have that issue

Another good dealer in the area is crystal auto mall on rt.22 in greenbrook. I bought my FRS there and they do all the service and have never had any issues with them. I even had the service manager come out and take photos of my taillight condensation and scratched driver window (window track scratched the glass up) so he could show the toyota field guy when he stops by.

I tried getting this done at my dealership in Ardmore and they refuse to do it without seeing the windows frozen. Problem is, once you start driving it, it will warm up and fix itself. Heres to hoping it freezes at night so I can record it.

Those guys did a bait n' switch on a pickup we got there once in 2004. Yes, a while ago, but that is a rotten experience.

Did they do the window? I want to get it done since last time I drove for 30 minutes and the window was still frozen. It wasn't even that cold, like 20 degrees. Can't imagine people more north.
