Different subject but i love how there is so much space in the engine bay to do regular maintenance i specially like how the oil filter is so accessible!!

Missed that, thankfully its not something to be done at routine maintenance!! lol

Ive never owned a boxer engine before but it seems like a pita

It will be easier on the BRZ/FR-S. With classic DOHC Subarus, the plugs are right next to the frame rails. So they're a pain to change.

With the BRZ, apparently you just need to remove the wheels and fender liners to get at the plugs.

Nah, plugs are not too shabby. Once you have the correct extensions/joints it goes quickly.
