Anybody know of a mechanic good with thread repairs?

I have a car with an aluminum oil pan that has a stripped thread. I used the Time-Sert thread repair and installed a Fumoto valve thinking that the problem is solved but unfortunately it is still leaking.

Does anybody know of a good mechanic that can repair the thread that already has a Time-Sert repair done in the Northern/Central NJ area?

Another option I'm thinking of is just bonding a Fumoto valve adapter (http://www.qwikvalve.com/fumoto-adp-...r-p-16136.html) with J-B Weld and then attach the valve to the adapter. What do you guys think?
