It's called a "privacy cover". Considering the price it might just be a cover that goes over the seat but I may be wrong.

That privacy cover looks awesome! I definitely want it since I could use the trunk space and never use the back seat anyways. The only reason I don't want to leave the seats down but uncovered is you can see my sub/amp and I don't want it to attract attention obviously.
