DI seal improved material
autofactory.jp are claiming they have a DI seal that has an improved material.

would want to see other test results my self. I would also be interested in knowing the compound being used in comparison to the compound used on the factory seal. When translated maybe some info is lost.

Well, lets give them to @CSG Mike and see if he can destroy them :burnrubber::burnrubber: I'd buy a set if they work. :party0030:

wouldnt worry about it until if/when its needed.

Aren't the OEM seals made of Teflon? What are the improved seals made of??

I'd like to know how much they cost in $USD. If I run into the issue I might purchase some.
I have no problems yet but I have kept this car off the track because of this issue since I have an alternate car to run. |
I would try it out!
I read the website - it didn't say what material exactly but mentioned stronger material that dramatically improved durability 6,300 Yen divided by 104 = 60.50 USD They also have the special DI seal removal kit for sale 6,600 Yen divided by 104 = 63.50 USD |
hardest part is installing them
