this makes me happy I live in NYC, on the other hand that is completely ludicrous that someone would even think of something like that just to milk the very same people that they are paid to protect, I could understand if it was a crosswalk or a stop sign, but they are right, it surely is entrapment, simply baiting drivers and then ticketing them for no other reason than greed no doubt.

I've walked most of my life, and I find it strange and confusing when cars wait for me to clear the crosswalk, when they could easily go with no risk of hitting me... I sometimes think maybe they expect me to randomly jump in front of their car as soon as they start moving?
Basically... it's ludicrous that a POLICE FORCE would do something like this. Why the hell would you dress him as a bunny, anyway?!
