Edit: You are getting +40 rear, which would push the wheel out 5mm compared to the rear wheel in post 90. Which will be really flush, and convinces me further 265 is too wide without the other suspension parts.

Thanks! I had been pouring through some other threads, did not look at the meaty tire thread.

To make sure I am understanding this all correctly I can:

Buy Coilovers and LCA in order to run 18x8.5+45 on 235/40/18 Fronts and 18x9.5+40 on 265/35/18 Rears

Or perhaps run a 255 tire in the rear and avoid getting the other components? I don't like to see lip (poke doesn't really bother me either) so I am starting to think I will just need to bite the bullet and buy the dang suspension.

Yes. Then you will be able to dial them in properly. I am happy to help.

Good luck!

I'd been eyeing this set in the +33 front offset variation for a long time, but ended up buying the +45 front offset due to the others being out of stock. I noticed there's hardly any pictures of this setup available here, so hopefully these pictures help others in their decision.

SPECS:
18x8.5+45 / 18x9.5+40 F/R (+ 5mm spacer in front)
MPSS 235/40 / 265/35 F/R
Factory alignment specs
Lowered ~1" front, ~0.75" rear (due to tire rubbing in rear, need to add a bit more camber)
