Audi launches A3 Sedan commercials about Car Abstinence

Can't wait for a proper compact sports sedan from a German make again. All their 'sports sedans' have become fat pigs (3 series, C class, A4).

Those ads are genius and hilarious.

He said "shit" quite audibly. That is most certainly not going to be a Superbowl ad with the word "shit" in it.

Well, if it's better than the CLA. I'll be impressed.

Heh, I'm attempting to convince my dad to get a CLA250 versus an Avalon...
I saw this commercial a few days ago too and I looked more into it. Turns out that although Audi has more features & tech, the performance specs of the A3 lacks in comparison to the CLA.

I'd take the Avalon anyday, the new one is really good for luxury car.

If you have a chance, go for a test drive of both. You'll see what i mean.

Care to give some pointers? I'm curious. I'll be test driving them with my pops tomorrow, should be entertaining and fun.

The CLA is an ugly FWD poor excuse of a luxury car.

I'd like to hear more of your opinions on it lol. I think it doesn't look that shabby! the ass & the side profile view is awesome looking IMO. Although they did cheap out on the interior luxury, what other cons does it have?

FWD, slow, ugly, small, cheaply made, tons of cut corners, an all around horrible car. it reminds me of the last time MB made a cheap POS the C-class wagon thing

I tend to agree with WillBRZ in regards to the newer Benz cars. We have a C-class and E-class in my family and both seem to have some poor quality trim. They have good leather seats, but some of the chrome accents inside and outside have been starting to peel. Mind you, these are (I think) 2007 and 2010 cars. My buddy's last three Bimmers, on the other hand, all have pretty fantastic trims (E92, current gen 5-series, and 4-series). I know (or at least have heard) that the Audis use good quality leather as well; their trims I'm not sure about.

Avalon has good seats, nice interior and toys for it's price. Very quiet and smooth ride.

Also since it's in the same market do check out the new Chevrolet Impala and Kia Cadenza.

The CLA is not bad, but it's a real typical luxury starter FWD car.

I didn't get to see the insides of newer MBs but I went to look at some and the orange peel on the cars was so bad that the Hyundais and Fords parked nearby looked like they had brand new professionally done paint jobs. Okay, there was some guy's SL63 parked nearby and that thing had good paint and the SLS had good paint, but none of the other cars.

I'd have to agree with everyone else's opinion's on the new'ish entry level Benz's. An ex of mine had a '07 C-class, leather seat's aside, the interior quality was complete shit. I've been in economy cars that had far better quality than that. It was one of the many life choices I questioned with that chick...
