Quirky turn signals
My turn signals don't self-cancel after most routine turns. They seem to need a really sharp turn (ie, >=90 degrees) before they'll self-cancel.
I haven't seen this discussed so I'm wondering if my car is an outlier which needs an adjustment or if "they all do that" and people just put up with it. |
Mine do the same thing. Annoying
|
I can't say I've ever had that problem with mine but it could be I'm so used to canceling them from riding a motorcycle that I just don't notice. I'll pay more attention next time I'm out driving.

You guise use turn signals? :bellyroll:

lol

It's kind of nice that they don't shut off when I pull over into the left turn lane and I haven't actually turned off the road yet.
Just don't leave them on while you're driving down Main Street ;) Almost Live Ballard styleee |

But I suppose it's not as trivial as it might first appear -- the self-canceling operation needs to be based on some combination of turn radius and total degrees of turn... |
This is what you want. TapTurn

I thought they were that way so they would cancel when you over corrected for the drift in the turn!
Going back into my hole now. |
