Forcing readiness, which tuning platforms can?
 
Seems like this keeps on coming up every now and then by people interested in headers, fi kits and the like.

For the sake of having a reference which tuning platforms can force readiness (not just eliminate cel) for "off road use only".

Ecutek does this for sure. For off-road use on non-pollution controlled vehicles only, of course.
