just a quick overview of custom maps and a look at one i had to make to solve an issue i was having.

Nice video jamesm! In my experience, BRZedit is missing some tables that already existing the standard ROM, as shown below in RomRaider freeware. Here's a factory table that defines injector PW with respect to coolant temp. And it's not a 3d map, not a 2D, as it even differentiates between different cranking states. And there are 6. And even more PW compensation tables for MAP, IAT and Throttle!

Yeah I saw a thread about that. Those were added after I had moved from romraider to brzedit. BrzEdit was never updated with new maps as they were discovered, which is one of my biggest gripes with that software.

The Pro version of BrzEdit has them. Im sure they would update the individual version at some point to be honest.

FYI. Jame I already requested those tables be added just like the DI/PORT like before so they should come along shortly. Until then I sent you a file with them adjusted for you to try by disabling your custom map. Dont want to waste them with simple functions like that.

The personal version of BRZEdit doesn't get updates, or at least didn't in the whole time I was using it. Being that you can't edit the defs with the personal version, that was a pretty big problem.
