What's up guys. I picked up my Asphalt FRS just about two weeks ago and I thought I would start a little car journal. The FRS is my only car so it is obviously my daily driver. I don't plan on doing any performance mods (well, not yet anyways) and I'm mostly planning on some simple cosmetic modifications. I need to let my bank account recharge a bit before doing so however. My list of mods to come is as follows:
1. 20% Tint
2. 10" Subwoofer (or my 12" Alpine Type R if I can find a box that will fit in that tiny trunk..)
3. Black Side Markers
4. Black License Plate Frames. Plain Jane with no damn advertisement on it
5. Fog Lights
6. Some sort of antenna replacement. Not sure what to get yet
7. maybe wheel spacers
8. maybe lowering springs

I installed shorter springs on my last car, a 2009 VW Jetta S, and I didn't like how it affected drivability so much. There were so many squeaks and groans from which I'm pretty sure was due to the aftermarket suspension. But I think some spacers and about an inch drop could really improve the looks of the FRS. I might decide to do it if I can be reassured that it won't drastically affect how it drives.

Anyways...... Here are a couple pics of my car. Ill try to remember to add to the thread as my car progresses. It's only got 565 miles on it right now! Oh yeah, and I just recently installed my very first mod, some great WeatherTech floor mats. I'm really happy with this purchase and the floor mats exceeded my expectations. Maybe ill post some pictures of them in the car later :)

So I have acquired a few of the mods on my list and I have also included some new mods. The updated list now reads:

1. Clear or Smoked sidemarkers (I think smoked would look better but clear might be nice because it matches the headlights).
2. Fog Lights
3. OEM Armrest
4. Intake
5. Deciding on if I want a subwoofer in the trunk
6. All Season Tires
7. Antenna
8. Lower Springs
9. Maybe debadge the FR-S emblem

Installed a BeatSonic shark fin antenna and smoked side markers. Also ordered Valenti smoked tail lights. I will post pics once I receive and install the Valentis

Just noticed some condensation in my driver's side marker. Contacted Vicious LED and will see what they can do about a replacement
