who has Origin front and rear fenders here? Need help.
 

I am asking because I have ordered some from Import image and once I got them they are missing the front and rear bumper pieces and gas door. They are saying those parts are part of the "lip kit"? when it clearly shows them as part of the fender. Is this true? Are the front and rear bumper pieces not included? here is what I got in the mail.

They are saying the distributor enjuku racing is saying this btw.

I could see you having an issue with the gas door, I'd check up on that too. The front/rear lips and sideskirts are all separate from the fenders though. I've found the lips offered as a set from a couple different vendors.


EDIT: I think I see what part you're talking about now. The part of the fender flare that is actually on the front/rear bumpers right? Yeah, I'd be curious as well.

Yeah it's the pieces that go on the bumpers to complete the fender flaring out so it looks smooth. They are claiming that they don't come with those pieces. I really need to talk to someone else who has actually gotten these before to see if this is true. If it is I am sending them back if not then I want the missing parts.

Any vendors on here wanna let me know if those parts are part of the fenders?

Looks like it should include the bumper pieces.

It should include the fender pieces on the bumper.

The lip kit is a 5 piece kit. 2 rear valences, 2 side skirts, 1 front lip.

They finally said that the bumper pieces do come with the fenders but the gas door doesn't. Has anyone else gotten these fenders and gotten the gas door?

Enjuku themselves have this kit on their car iir. There's no reason the gas door wouldn't come with the fender kit. Even less reason why it would come with the lip kit.

You should do what I did and just get the gas door. It's awesome!!! The only thing that bugs me about it is that it doesn't completely flow with the rest of the lines of the car. In fact it sticks out about an inch from the rest of the body panels. In retrospect I probably should have just gotten it with the fenders too......









Just kidding! Why would they ever sell the gas door separately?

Yeah I know? Sell the gas door separately? I am going to send the fenders back if they don't ship me the gas door.

The BBB is friends with whomever that is willing to pay them fees to "clean up" their record.

Source: my former employer "fixed" their BBB rating, going from a F to a A+ in less than 6 months while nothing internal changed.

Wow sorry to hear that, but I've had good outcomes with them as a Consumer with issues that have come up. They've always gotten resolved to my satisfaction. No I have no doubt that the rating can be fixed on the other end by $$$$; and that's with most things in life believe it or not. As long as they are good to the Consumer they are there for the rest is the manner business is done.

They will try to resolve issues, however it does not have the long-lasting effect you are looking for.
