Hey everyone has their own preference, if you like it then who cares what people think.

I'm not a fan of boats though :)

No, mainly because you take every chance you get to make a post to try and brag about it. Jesus, I thought you learned the first time when you had all your other threads trying to brag deleted.

Actually, I really like that. I think it looks great. I don't really like the way they drive (or the 6 mile wide blind spot), but they look really nice.

(The Monte Carlo on the other hand? Meh. It's not really my cup of tea, either in appearance or (I'm sure) in how it drives).

I think you would like the Monte Carlo. Coil overs, new swaybars, new adjustable upper and lower control arms at -1 degree camber in the front, slotted and ported rotors, track ready brake pads, rack and pinion steering box, Chevy 350 small block 420hp 460 torque, 3:73 gear, performance built 700r4, custom torque converter, 235/45/17 front and 245/45/17 rear. Probably more to list but I can't think of it.

I like the challenger, but seriously Chrysler needs to freakin update/refresh that car. I got a magazine from 04/2006 with a challenger on it and it looks exactly the same.

they did a lot of suspension upgrading over the years but the point of the car was to look as classic as possible. Look at the new Mustang for example they are moving away from the classic design which give the challenger a bigger market.

Honestly, I doubt I would. No offense, but it's really not the kind of car I tend to enjoy driving. I like low, agile, lightweight, high-revving cars, preferably with a manual (or at least a fast-shifting, close-ratio dual clutch auto). That's pretty much everything the Monte Carlo isn't. I love the way the classic muscle cars look (and I have loved them ever since seeing pictures of my dad's second car - a yellow 1971 340 'Cuda), which makes me even sadder that I know I would never really enjoy driving one. Maybe if I'm rich enough someday to have a 5 or 6 (or more) car collection of fun cars, I could enjoy having a muscle car to take out from time to time, but as a car I would drive more often, I just really don't like the way they drive, and I don't love the look or straight line performance enough to make up for that shortfall.

It's cool I'm not offended. I bought the brz so I could enjoy the best of both worlds. I used to be one of those guys who would only own a car that had a v8 in it. Now I understand both sides.

Don't care for I love the challengers iconic "T" dual scooped design (the original not so much the new ones with fake vents."

I just can't get on board with the new challengers. The retro look is just off for me (mostly the bulk and mass it has) That and the SRT8 is required to pay a $1000-1300/year gas guzzler tax. -_- Loose to the other muscle cars on the strip and the wallet. That being said if I could ever afford to resto-mod a car it would be a 70 Challenger. However every time I hope into the train of thought Mopar prices kick my ass back down.

Challenger isn't so bad.

The newer updated ones handle pretty well, for the size of the car it's pretty impressive.

It's a muscle car and it's every bit of a muscle car.
