I'm not an expert, but, it looks like a pre-production model. Maybe (hopefully) they learned something and fixed the problem. Perhaps someone can translate the audio for more details on what occurred.

No it was by a meeting and it was pre-production cars.

The audio is in Hungarian. It was recorded in Japan at a media event three months before the official introduction of the car in Geneva. The cause of the fire was a piece of rag left in the engine area catching fire on the exhaust. The report is very complimentary of the car and the reporter felt more like sorry for Toyota for this unfortunate fire.

Is it just me or is every single video of this car being texted or just being driven for video purposes of advertizing in the rain.

Gotta cash in on the current drifting fad! They released this car at the perfect time too. Drifting seems like it's starting to get less popular in favor of "grip" racing.
