This thread screams vendor though. I have no idea what communication took place between the site admins and KAB-FRS. The ban is clearly for being a vendor without sponsoring the site. Have him talk to @Hachiroku when he gets back.

He mentioned he'll be selling the intercooler and manifold. Also that if anyone wants to purchase the system as a kit then that will be an option as well, though with some caveats. He also mentioned that these items will be for sale because he has had sufficient interest from potential customers contacting him. Sounds like he was setting up business to me.

The kit looks good and seems to fill a small but vacant hole in the market. I think it would be a good idea to sell the kit and this would be a good place to do it. I don't see why he wouldn't apply for vendor status. Hopefully the right people are talking and that'll happen, but for now he violated the rules. Sorry guys, but I agree with this one.

I agree in almost all, but the kit is not for the sale at the moment, has not been available for anyone to buy and no one has paid a deposit or similar. He planned on getting vendor status as soon as it was all ready for production. It is not yet, like I said, he is not even in the USA right now.

I would agree 1000% if it was a warning from the admins saying hey, you need to start paying vendor status as you will start selling this soon. Or, need to have vendor status payed by next month or similar... But permanent ban without asking a question seems a bit excessive.

Definitely unfair in my mind.. A permaban seems pretty damn harsh. And stupid, considering that as long as he's banned he'll never pay a single fee, and was planning on doing so soon otherwise.
