snow....starting to like snow!

back in february when i was looking at buying a car, and testing an frs, the salesman at the dealership was trying to dissuade me from buying this car  telling me how it isn't drivable in the winter, how it's a rear wheel, and i won't be able to handle it, and it all worked.....i left and bought something else :mad0259:

but then in july i just couldn't stick with the crap that i bought, and decided to go with it.......traded in that car for my little white baby....and it's been bliss ever since

but now that i had a taste of driving in the snow, i sort of get excited when there is snow on the ground.....this car is just amazing all around

my love for this car grows more and more, and my girlfriends think i'm insane when i tell them that i have dreams of driving my car....and all i want to talk about is my car lol

so let it snow.....looking forward to this weekend snow storm :happyanim:

One of the few girls that know what us guys dream about...

Well, one of the things anyway. ;)

First time driving RWD in snow 2 weeks ago (2-3 weeks ago?), just love it, very happy I went with this car as well :) Looking forward to some more driving in the snow, everyone drive safely though!

Maybe the one little regret putting it away for the winter (this is winter #2)is not enjoying it in the snow, but the no rust thing wins out every time I'm under it.

Oh I know they do, but they probably differ slightly in their interpretation.

Also sucks knowing my car is stuck in the garage 4' in the air half torn apart, but that's also the fun in getting to install all the new goodies!

oil guard

Oil guard every fall and you should have 0 rust issues. Checked under my car this fall and nothing, no signs of rust at all. Only issue that I have is my mileage is adding up.

Yeah, mileage... I had the car over a calendar year, before it was due for its "first" oil change. Currently sitting at 8664 km.

Every day that it snows, I make it a point to leave my work parking lot sideways. :) I dont really have fun until I hit the escarpment in Halton Hills though... Mississauga gets some snow... ahem... lol.

Just take the car to a car wash and get that underbody hosed down with clean water.

And also the oil guard works.

I don't have an FRS but I did drive an IS300 for 4 winters. Was fun.

You say that like its tricky to do!

Staying not sideways is the challenge for me. 8-)

hehehe... Agreed. I didn't want to sound like a hooligan :)

Sideways is the new Straight.

This car is more fun in winter than in summer.
