Where is this grommet from?
 

I found this under the hood in the air vent intake just like so:

It says G46 inside the cap.

Any idea where this little thing belongs?

Looks like your upper strut mount nut cap.

I found where it came from, but there are meant to be 2 grommets to cover the nails but i only seem to have one,

How come both came off?

Did you do any service at any shop？

This is the cover on the top of one of your struts. Seems like someone took them off and forgot to put them back.

I think a quick solution will be getting coilovers..:thumbup:
