New FR-S / 86 Sedan Rendering

We've already explained our thoughts regarding all those rumors about a four-door sports sedan or four-door coupe, if you prefer, version of the current Scion FR-S, Toyota GT 86 and Subaru BRZ triplets (Subaru, which builds all three cars, has even dismissed a convertible edition), but the design community isn't subject to any restrictions whatsoever when it comes to imagining future models.

This creation is brought to us from Remco Meulendijk at RM Design, who envisioned a four-door body style for the Toyota GT 86, and consequently, the North American market FR-S, since the cars are one and the same.

Do take a closer look at the rendering below the jump and leave your comments.

I see too many doors.

It looks to me that the length is wrong.

Who is going to buy a 4 door FRS? There is no quality.

Too many excellent 4 doors on the market.

No one, and I doubt Subaru will give the green light to produce them in the first place. It would instantly compete against their Impreza and Legacy sedans.

There is absolutely zero market for a 25k-30k+, underpowered 4-door sedan.

Kinda apples to oranges, but a BMW 320i only has 180hp and it starts at $32,750. The Mercedes C250 sedan has 201hp and starts at $35,800.

Also the CLA25 has 208hp and comes in at $29,900.

I'd rather have one of these plus the money

After owning an E39 and E60; I'm scared to touch another German car.

Agreed, but will all the money you save from not buying a $30K Scion...you'll have room for mods and basic maintenance.

Vanos = worse system BMW ever created

Yeah but you are still getting a used car with XXXXX miles on it. I don't really compare new to use, thats just me. Also, to me the E36 just looks so dated :/

I don't mind the E46 or E90 tho :)
