Heading to LA this weekend - wanted to have a fun scenic-mixed drive
Its not my goal to get impressive mpg's - just want to have fun.
Hope this comes in use for others. I plan on leaving at 5 AM to hopefully get the most out of La Honda Rd. and Highway 1

I've always preferred 101 to 5 when going to SoCal, slightly more interesting/less boring.

If you want the most fun do highway 101 to highway 198 into highway 5 then go to 58 into 101
