What's one mod you would like to change or do over?

If you had to choose one mod you've already done and either change it or do it over, what would it be?

For me, it would be to buy the Morimoto retrofit HIDs for a little bit more than I spent for my HIDs I bought that just go in the stock projector. I think I bought the best ones you could buy, but I should've just spent like $150 more to do a retrofit and do it properly. But that's really all I think I would change.

I'd put a 265 on the rear since the 255 DWS stretches a bit on 9.5 wheel and I hate the look. oh well ill have to drive harder and wear it out fast.

I would have gotten RPF1s in 17x9 instead of 18x8 and gone with Michelin PSS instead of Falken A/S. ALWAYS SPEND MORE AND DON'T CHEAP OUT!

Just as an FYI, a large percentage of the Morimoto ballasts purchased recently are being replaced. That's not to say they are regularly poor quality, but the ones I currently have are less reliable than the $30 ebay kits I've seen.

I would've got 5x114.3 conversion hubs and Regamasters instead of my Wedsport TC105's...

Or.. getting an AirLift kit instead of my BC Racing coilovers.

I'm pretty content with my mod path thus far. Can't really complain. Do it once, do it right.

I learned that with my previous car and that mindset is paying off here. It's funny how my modding "priorities" have changed over time.

Before I was all "intake, exhaust, tune!" Now I'm totally "suspension, wheels, tires".

That's unfortunate. I guess I could always keep my HID kit right now and use that to retrofit my projectors.

Console plaque. It's white and I want a red 1. Everything else has met/exceeded expectations currently on the car.

The title didn't state this question for the Ft86 only.

I will contribute in then.

As I have my VR4 all beefed up, and spent way much on it. All I can really say = I would appreciate Stock car.

There are only a few items I may never regret modding, such as. If I had the chance to do it over, I would do the followings

Rims (Good one only)
Intakes
Oil Filter
Coil Overs/ Struts/ Spring
Exhaust
Seats
Audio system

Beside those Items. I learn my lesson to not mod anything other than that. Waste of money, and Depreciate the car. You will end up selling your car at one point. The weirder you do to it, the more it cost, the less people appreciate, and the more it lose the value.

At least if you do have an issue, TRS will take care of you...don't think warranty/recalled hids would be easy through ebay/cheaper places
