Could be a financial move.

Personally I would not work for a bad company for millions of dollars. But I guess that probably makes me an oddity that I am not totally focused on the all mighty dollar. Just my option.

Everyone knows Silverline buys cars that have been in accidents then restores them for sale. Honestly Silverline at one point was doing an awesome job. Their quality has been slipping the past couple years. Silverline has had a long stand relationship with PRE. Any silverline car you buy has a Bobby tune on it. Chances are the alignment and some other misc mechanical stuff has been done by PRE. What they can't do they send it to PRE. Bobby has been a good friend of Silverlines owner for a while. The PRE BRZ shop car was actually purchased by Silverlines owner at an auction for PRE. Silverline is opening a Service bay for their dealership and offered Bobby the job of running it. It's a new big step in Bobby's career. Honestly i'm happy for the guy.

PRE turbo kit (garrett GT3076R)

I just broke the news to my car and tears of radiator fluid started streaming down its undertray.. :-(

Then I told it that Erich was going to tune its semi-smart ECU and the tears stopped..

Dunno.

He is leaving on really good terms. Gave them months n months of lead time. He has also been training Erich how to tune. He will still be helping PRE with tunes and prob be there on weekends. ATM he is going inbetween Silverline and PRE. He will still be available for tunning though! :happyanim: As much as I like Erich and know he is a very capable Mechanic and mastermind I will only be running a Bobby Tune on my car. Otherwise i'll have to go elsewhere like drift office. It's more of a loyalty thing to me. If i'm going to have to switch tuners it will have to be in season'd hands. As long as i'm able to have a bobby tune i'll stand by it!

Well said Nick, I also trust Bobby and he will continue to do my tunes
