Hi Guys and Gals,

I have been basically out of touch for quite some time working on current updates to our tunes across the board and will be releasing them over the coming weeks. We are also working on some new products that we are trying to finish up (FlexFuel Kit - Special Edition, and some other cool pieces). Plus we are in the process of moving in the coming weeks, so be on the lookup for an announcement. As far at the point of this post, we are pleased to release version 8.5 of the Innovate Supercharger tune for the following.

Revision 8.5 applies to the following: (autos and manuals)
- Innovate Supercharger Kit with 75mm, 72.5mm and 70mm on 91,92,93,94, E85 and FlexFuel
- Innovate Supercharger Kit with Intercooler and 75mm, 72.5mm, 70mm on 91,92,93,94, E85 and FlexFuel

All previous customers are offered the free upgrade to the latest 8.5 revision. This has some major improvements in the following areas. (Tunes will be available tomorrow for all to request).

Improvements Include:
1. Dead stop (stop light, etc...) acceleration
2. Light throttle cruising at very low RPM's, deliciously smooth
3. More throttle control for autocross and track goers
4. Improved fuel economy for those long trips and around town
5. Better cold start for all fuels especially E85
6. Smoother power delivery on 50-80% throttle
7. Smoother top end (past 5K to redline)

I have to say this is one of the best tunes I have done so far and with nearly 500+ hours tuning on the Innovate Supercharger kit this should be pretty nice for everyone. I will warn everyone the throttle has changed quite a bit. At first I was not sure if I was happy with it, but I gave it a chance and have really grown to like it A LOT and I am sure you will also. Enjoy...

Cheers,
William Knose

It was good talking to you. Now that I have my setup stable it's finally time to play musical tunes. You're next, delicious.

When I try to make a ticket,it says that an admin has to enable it or something? Has anyone else had that issue ?

I've got the same issue

choi0706 03-18-2014 11:34 AM

where do we wire up the flex fuel sensor for your tunes?

TemeCal 03-19-2014 11:13 PM

@DeliciousTuning -
Any idea when we'll get the updated tune? I submitted a ticket back on the 12th (separate issue) and requested the new update on the 15th. I'm hoping to install it this weekend, in preparation for a track day. Just want to make sure it's all running fine before my event.

DeliciousTuning 03-23-2014 08:27 PM

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay, I have the hardest time keeping up and currently only seem to have time on weekends right now.

I am sending out updates today. So if you are interested email me and I will get it out to you, while trying to play catch up.

Also the version is 8.51 now, small updates were made for an even smoother power delivery.

Cheers,
William Knose

Bill!

What does one need to do to run a water/meth kit on a FBM base kit with a 50 trim and 91 oct and a 50/50 mix? I have your SD tune on the KA map sensor.

Please don't forget those of us who aren't able to file a ticket.

Remove the water/meth and keep running without it. ;) I do not tune on water/meth for power anymore, as I just have not seen any systems to be reliable enough for consistent flow. I have plenty of customers on here that have tried and they will all agree. Most of the systems can not measure very smallest changes in flow(smaller measurements than what can be measured by the systems).

So with that in mind I will tune your car of whatever pump fuel you have and then press it to make it very aggressive on that fuel. From there you can add the meth/water kit in as a safety measure. This was the original intention of water/meth kits and how I like to see them used. As an extra safety measure and not be used a an additional tuning system. So make sure to use the smallest jet you can just to add enough mix to increase the octane rating without making it too rich.

Cheers,
William Knose

Sorry I have the hardest time remembering people's names and dongle ID's based on usernames on here. If you could email me (again if need be) and I will get the updates out to you also.

I did send about 15 updates out last night and a few the night before, with more to come over the next few days.

Cheers,
