04 STI Brembos, Hawk pads, 5x100 front rotors
 

I have a set of 04 STI Brembos, the gold ones, that I just picked up. They are in much better shape than most of the sets you see online, supposedly only had 55k on them when they were taken off.

Bought them recently as an impulse buy. I'm in the process of installing a supercharger and thought they would be a great idea. Well, everything is adding up and I still need to get a tune, wheels/tires, alum radiator, oil cooler, oil catch can... The list goes on. So I think I jumped the gun on calipers and kind of want to turn that money around and put it into my wheels/tires.

I haven't had a chance to really clean them up and take good pictures, but here are some pictures of when I took them out of the box. Included are all 4 calipers in good condition, Hawk pads for all corners and OEM 5x100 front rotors that will fit our cars with these calipers. The rotors and pads help offset some of the cost so you can get them on your car and upgrade rotors/pads down the road.

I'd let them go for $1,000 shipped.

Smells like a scam.

Just a noten this is the set that was in the accused scammers thread. These pads were then "sent" to philly, and relisted a week later.

Although Philly has been on the forum for a year and that's one hell of a buildup if it were a scam.

Ha, you guys are funny. Yes they are the same brakes. The stress of waiting for the brakes thinking I just got ripped off kind of ruined the whole experience for me. Made me realize what that money really meant to me. :sigh:
