Some help please! Problem when swaping from summer to winter set!

So this past warm season i went a head and droppd off my car and had the stock summer tires put on some random 17" rims (have winters on the stock rims which i plan to keep this way). And so now that the warmer months are behind us and i've gone and jacked up the car to swap my tire+rims over. After removing 1 of the summer tires+rim i tried to fit the winter tire+stock rim back on but it won't fit! the bolts don't come out far enough from what i believe to be the center hub is too big for the center of the stock rim(assuming that's the right term)? upon closer inspection of the summer rims the center hole is defenitely larger. was hoping to get some input from you guys as what i should do in this case? Thanks in advance

You can't get the stock rim back on? Perhaps you should just concede and bring them to someone who knows what they're doing.

If the bolt is not long enough, maybe one of the bolts was sheared.

Also, make sure the centering ring from the summer wheel is not stuck to the hub.

If that is NOT the case, maybe (as Burrcold suggested) take the wheels back to who mounted the summer tires and have them make the swap.

Sigh, look bro.
There is a plastic cap over the hub outer race. (Edge) Its called a centering cap. Its used for aftermarket rims.

pop it off with a flat tip screw driver... Save it.. They go back on the hub when you reinstall the aftermarket rims.

Thank you!
