Full race is the best hands down, but I asked Geoff at PRI if they were going to be doing any FRS/BRZ parts and he quickly said "no", though but he would happlily support anyone who does. They're focusing on selling turbos more than kits now from what i got from it.

I beg to differ on them not being involved in the twins

Can you spill any details? You sold your Innovate for a reason is my guess. :D

Haha, you'll see their product soon enough. I have to say though that I backed out of that offer due to time. My car is going another route with another local Phoenix company :burnrubber:

I think some of you might be disappointed. If you read that e-mail carefully he makes it pretty clear that he believes the twins don't need gobs of power and they are going to be focusing on a fast, efficient spool.

"The FR-S doesn't need much, so the 6258-6758 is plenty of turbo for the car. And single scroll combined with the smaller turbine housings will spool up very quickly."

Full-Race is pricey for what you get though I concede the quality is high. Their single-scroll kits aren't much less expensive than their twin-scroll kits and I still haven't seen a lot of data on the EFR turbos in Subaru applications. Let's not forget BW fumbled the launch on those turbos so hard too - they were basically vaporware for two years or something IIRC?

you can make more than 400whp with a 2871. i made 387 @ only 15psi of boost with a gtx2867r. the 28's can get you to 450+ nowadays. it's not your grandpa's disco potato :).
