The Great White Hype
Hey guys,
A few of you may have had some kind of interaction with me in the past, either on here or one of the channels of communication related to our website. For those of you that haven't, I'm Ryan, and I am part of the Sales and Marketing team here at Nameless Performance. I remember the very first time that I laid eyes on the new FT86 platform at an auto show. I thought it was a cool concept, and I was thrilled Subaru had decided to build another coupe. Shortly after that, I had an opportunity to take a ride in a pre production model. I was blown away. We were lucky enough at the shop to get our very own model to develop parts on, and after taking a drive in that car I knew that the interest was there. That Raven Black FR-S is what you see now out thrashing narrow dirt roads sideways at 80mph as our rally car. Fast forward about a year, another car in between for me, and I took delivery of this beauty on 11/19/2013 http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/t...psf16ae507.jpg And here she is at the shop for the 1st time http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/t...ps4e7772a1.jpg This is my 3rd Subaru (07 WRX Sedan, 05 LGT Wagon) and I could not be more excited. Stock __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ___________________________________ I do have a long list of parts that I plan on adding to this car. If there is anything that is a "Must Do" in terms of DIY modification, feel free to point me in the right direction. I am already absolutely in love with it, and I genuinely look forward to hopping behind the wheel. This car has so much potential, the ride should be fun. Cheers for now, Ryan@Nameless  |
Went and did a little photoshoot on Thanksgiving with my brother. Turned out pretty good! Still bone stock as of now, but that changes tomorrow.

Was really impressed with the graph, and am now even more excited to get some parts on it to see what we can make. http://i1260.photobucket.com/albums/...psa9fc2b7d.png SAE Correction shows nearly 173whp and 143wtq Uncorrected, I hit 183whp and 151wtq! Pretty exciting stuff. :burnrubber: Cheers, Ryan @ Nameless |

Congratulations. Welcome to the club. I'd strongly suggest a Nameless exhaust..maybe a header too.

Now that's just pretty :).
I'm probably going with nameless for my exhaust as well. |

Bump for new pictures!

Welcome to ownership! In for watching the modifications begin!

Finally got my engine covers and support bars back from the powdercoater. I went with a textured white finish, not quite gloss white, and not quite wrinkle white.
Since my last update I installed one of our axleback exhausts (5" Muffled w/3" inlet) as well as got my windows tinted to 20% all the way around. Really pleased with how this car is coming together. Have a new spoiler at the body shop being painted as I type this, hopefully I will get to pick it up this week. Tax season plans are a set of MCA Blue series coilovers, can't wait to get those mounted up. http://distilleryimage7.s3.amazonaws...fbb7e257_8.jpg -Ryan @ Nameless |
Just realized I haven't updated this thread in 5 months!
Finally ordered coilovers, those will be here next week along with new F&R endlinks, and upgraded sway bars. Windows have been tinted, and I installed a new rear spoiler as well. Pictures to come soon! -Ryan @ Nameless |
What coilovers did you get? Any camber plates or weird and esoteric suspension bits?
