St coils vs BC BR?

I have narrowed my choice down to the ST coil overs or BC BR type. My car is a daily driver, and will probably never see the track. The price on each is about the same, but the BC seems to offer more options.

What is your guys take?

I have the ST's and love them.

I'd bet the BC BR's have higher spring rates. The ST's have relatively low spring rates, closer to stock. The ride is not much stiffer. Mine are solid, handling is improved, no noises, allowed me to lower my car, just what I wanted.

my car is finally sitting flush :) <3

Why are there 963 threads on these same questions?

There are numerous threads containing the info for you to make a good decision.

Daily driving. No track. You dont need crazy adjustment. You want ride quality.

Get STs

How much are you planning on lowering it from stock height?

Do you want/need camber plates or camber adjustment in the front?

Buy the STs.

Either is fine. If you're going to install it by yourself, I would buy BC since it's direct replacement. ST is good too, but you have to transfer the stock hat.
BC sounds more harsh and ST sounds more comfy.
Extra 30~1hr labor, comfy ride = ST Coilovers
Simple install, adjustability, stiffer ride = BC Coilovers

It comes down to how much adjustment and lowering ability you want.

We see a good amount of members here go with the BC but more moderate track guys go with the ST.

I can attest that ST coils is indeed comfy. I switched from swift springs.

I like that the St's are comfy. I never plan to track the car, only street driving, and i'm going on 19's, so I don't think I need to lower it too much. They only thing pushing me towards the BC are the fact that they have coil plates. How much would I need to adjust it with a minimal lift though, that's my worry. I would hate to buy the ST and need to buy coil plates. The ST's come out to $150.00 less as well.
