Looks like a mini dodge charger with cues from VW. The 86 sure did stir the pot. Now lots of manufacturers are trying the compact sports car genre. I hope to see more tries. The 86 is going to be a hard bargain to beat. |
Unless they put that 1.6 turbo it's just going to be a midget challenger. Half the power half the weight looks the same, maybe it will handle well but meh

Wow... really, that's the best Nissan can do... That's just sad... Really sad
|
That's literally one of the ugliest cars I've ever seen. I like the classic 510, but this is just awful. And the fact that the Nissan VP, or whatever he is, thinks the FT-86 platform is ugly makes me think that he must be on some gooood cocaine.

This is definitely on the radar of many potential FT86 buyers. |

I'm a little bit confused...so will we be seeing the production version of this new car next week? I assume it's coming to the US...any mention yet from Nissan of a manual transmission?
|
I like it but something that looks that retro might not age well.

I can definitely dig the nismo

I think after you stare at it for a while it grows on you. I think it would do fine in the market with a good price point. Anyone complaining about how the retro is potentially a bad idea should take another look at the latest camaro, and challenger. I don't see what all the fuss is about, I think shes pretty:wub:
But that interior is going to need some more work. Make it more simple! |
