Hello! New member here!

Hi and hello everyone! I decided to join the ft86 forum since the BRZ and FT86 share the same platform. It would definitely be nice to share ideas with FT86/FRS owners.

I've lived in SGV most of my life, but my cousin said I'd enjoy living in the Bay Area more than even living in the OC. Is this true?

FYI, I hate cramped areas, ghetto azns (I'm asian) and pollution, lol.

Please advise.

In terms of car stuff there aren't as many driving events out here. You have to drive far. In terms of living near asians, they are everywhere. Weather is cooler than SoCal. San Francisco has crappy streets to driving a nice car there is terrifying. They need to shut the whole city down and repave.

Overall I love living here, but I've never lived in SoCal so I can't compare.

I used to live in Stockton and Ripon, and the former was crap, and the latter was awesome cuz it was a small town. We were only 1 of 2 asian families in the entire city haha.

^Ha! Yeah, Stockton boy over here too, had to move to the bay area for work (tried commuting for a while, but that was brutal). I still go back about once a month to see the family, but man, that place is so depressing now-a-days...

Welcome to the club! You are getting here just in time, cars will be here before you know it.
