Nothing.

Also, 1lb difference in the weight of a trunk lid is statistically insignificant. The likelihood of you feeling the difference in the performance of your car over one pound is akin to saying you can feel the difference when you have to take a poop or not. You're only going faster when you have to poop because of the sense of urgency. ;) |
Lithium ion battery. Remove sound system, interior trim and carpet. Carbon fibre one piece seats. Drain windscreen washer fluid. Don't eat.
|
Get real headers.
|
More things you could add:
- 4.4/4.55/4.7 final gear (stock is 4.1). Increase of ~8/11/14% torque to the wheels. - BBKs and coil overs (most are lighter than OEM). - Lightweight clutch/flywheel. Edit: AFAIK all the Seibon (wet) CF hoods are heavier than OEM. |
Under drive pulleys
Lighter flywheel Remove aircon Strip interior Do those 4 things. Car will be much faster than all the stuff you have done already. |

Here's the Cusco short-ratio gears [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRXa4YGMbOA"]CUSCO update from SEMA 2013 including technical data for Toyota frs 86 and Subaru BRZ - YouTube[/ame] |
Final drive, close ratio gears, CF/aluminum drive shaft, motor/tranny mounts, REAL header.
I'm on the same boat, trying to get every once out of my NA set up. If I want FI I would've kept my WRX. |
Remove your spleen, you don't need it.

LS V8 swap. Fits your criteria.

For power rather than weight loss i would look at a different set of headers and intake. Then you could look at a larger TB. If money is no object HKS do a stroker kit and cams. Both are mild improvements and way expensive but they are out there. There was also a thread where Kelford was quoted having said they can make billet cams if you want.
For weight loss I would do a light flywheel and clutch combo. A small diameter multiplate clutch is also worth it if you can find one. Carbon drive shaft obviously. All depends how serious you are and how much you’re prepared to compromise on daily drivability. |

Seriously, at this point there is very little NA support from after market companies, most are just bolts on. Until cams, valvetrain and some other wizardry is developed, you'll be hard pressed to hit 200whp on just pump gas! |

OP: Honestly this engine can't do much NA without e85. It would be a better use of your money to just go turbo/SC if you're aiming for anything over 200whp. Otherwise you're spending a lot of money for very small gains. And don't go ripping out the interior and otherwise "adding lightness". Unless this will be a strict track car, you will come to hate it on the street. It's what happened to my old Porsche. The thing started to give me a headache every time I drove it because it was loud and uncomfortable. The BRZ isn't exactly a luxo-barge, but it's still perfectly comfy in stock form. |
