Looking for a decent front pipe

Just would like to get some people's opinion on what is a good sounding front pipe. So far in currently running the Perrin Resonated 2.5" CBE. Looking to replace the front pipe to get that nice rumble and be a tad but louder but not raspy. That Perrin is definitely quiet. I can't seem to find any sound clips of just CBE and front pipe.

Why that. I was thinking of catless non resonated nameless downpipe with my perrin resonated cbe? Also planning catless headers, nameless. Would that get too loud?

Oh boy, these are my experiences only.
Catless Equal length headers? After the tune (which changes the exhaust timing, according to Toni@FA20) the exhaust pulse downstream of the collector carries tremendous harmonic resonance and volume. Helmholtz Resonator helps with the rasp, harmonic buzzing, under the car and out the Perrin Resonated catback.
I know because I have this exact system (check signature), as of yesterday minus the Perrin Resonated Catback. The cats don't hurt performance on my daughters car.
If you seek unrestricted power with unbelievable noise/loudness then your setup is right on.
You can install power and still keep the sound level tolerable.

Motiv is quality. Otherwise our resonated one would work well:thumbsup:
