Ferraris don't need body kits.

Well, if I owned a 458.... Uh, lost my train of thought. Oh yeah, I would have spent a quarter million dollars.

I agree they don't "need" a body kit, but how are you going to differentiate yourself from all the plain 458's in your gated community. They don't paint Ferraris in neon lambo green.

I think they will paint them whatever color you want, if you pay then enough...

That won't be a problem for me, since I'll probably never be able to own a 458, but just throw on some HREs or BBS wheels and call it a day. You could also be the one Ferrari owner who knows how to set it free, instead of posing with it like several others do.

Ferrari's shouldnt be messed up with this way.

Its not a rocket bunny kit its by a japanese shop called liberty walk auto.

Joakim3 11-16-2013 12:22 AM

Yeah If i had a 458 Ferrari I would probably get it in yellow just to prove a point...............ok, no I'm lying to myself, it would be red

But I WOULD drive the car the way it's designed to be driven, it would be tracked religiously and Ferrari would no me as the "Mr. 24/7 maintenance man", because best believe I'd drive that car until it's wheels fell off...... and then I'd buy the Speciale and do it all over again

I can imagine, i'm sure there are really only two types of Ferrari owners.... posers & petrol Heads. The formers baby the car and keep it in the garage 350 days out the year, the other put 15k on the car a year via tracking, auto cross, highway runs, and just hooning and have the next model on reserve 2 years before it hits production to do it all over again

I wonder how much does your standard oil change cost on a 458, let alone a full on service

My father has a S600, regular maintenance is expensive on it, can't imagine what the Ferrari costs to maintain.

Ferraris only need to be serviced once a year or every 10,000kms (6200miles ) and it costs about 3000 dollars it does include a few other things than a oil change ( usually fixing little things that stupid Italians installed without even re torquing. Now if you got the car after 2012 you get a 7 year service contract which is very very pocket friendly. Our car sadly was a year bellow so it didn't fall into that category but I was lucky enough to attain the car for 40%~ off msrp for a brand new one
