His Ducati bikes haven't been much good have they?

From the last season races, he didn't do well in Ducati team. He would be better off with Honda or Yamaha.

Yeah I didn't see anything too impressive from him. I recall reading that he stated it was related to the front washing out or some such.

Yeah. He addressed the problem, but the guys who developed the bike said there was no problem with the bike. They should have gone to the races instead.

Ducati MotoGP bikes haven't been much good period. They had a big power (and tire) advantage back in '07, but Stoner was the only guy on the track that could get the thing to turn worth a damn. Hell, as far as I know only Stoner and Capirossi have ever won on a Ducati. It's been very disappointing to see Rossi struggling so badly, especially after the way he turn Yamaha around back in '04. I really expected him to be back up at the sharp end by now.
