Nameless Overpipe/Front Pipe VIDEOS RESONATED OR NON-RESONATED POST HERE !!
hey guys i know this nameless piece has shown to show some pretty big gains on the dyno from what i saw it was 10-16HP in different ranges of the RPM ... my question is either to go Resonated or Non Resonated. i have a Takeda CAI and a GReddy SP Elite exhaust Axleback and just looking for a deeper rumble and not a shitty ricey sound that some cars have from just over-doing it. i cant find any videos of these so if you all can help i would much appreciate it.
What i want: deeper rumble sound What i dont want: Drone and Ricey Sound PLEASE POST ANY VIDEOS WITH THESE SYSTEMS ON THE CAR. if you personally have this and everything else is stock that would be awesome to compare to our pieces already to see how loud it will actually sound |
I have the frontpipe + overpipe combo with the high flow cat and helmholtz resonator (And their axleback). Definitely adds a deeper grumble when I compared side to side with another car with just the Nameless Axleback. No drone! I have never heard the non-resonated though but i'd say get the resonator if you don't want ricey.
Sorry, I haven't taken a video of it but videos never really do it justice. Sound is pure sex. edit: And here's a pic from my journal! http://i.imgur.com/rXKT3x7.jpg |

Does the Nameless Overpipe/Front pipe include the actual overpipe? Looking at the picture it just looks like a Front Pipe.
|
it bolts directly to the header and goes back to the stock mid piping...instead of two stock pieces it is one.

I can post a vid of my unresonated one later today. It definitely is ricer expecially when the engine is cold. But its fine with me I like sounding like a glass pack occasionally
