How much can remove from Brake MC?
 

Going to install speed bleeders and flush my brakes this week. How much can I remove from the master cylinder without getting air into the system? The low mark on it?

Also, my fluid looks rather dark, will it be easy to tell when new fluid has reached the caliper? Last time I bleed brakes was with blue fluid so it was easy to tell.
