Has Forced Fab closed down?

I ordered their transmission insert and whiteline transmission bushings on the 14th October. Order #6039 was assigned USPS tracking number 9405511899560548433346. To this date, no item has been delivered to my address.

Forced Fab has continually refused to return my repeated phonecalls, e-mails, and private messages to ForcedFab_Jon.

Does anyone know what's going on at the vendor? I would NOT recommend buying from them until they sort out their lack of customer support and communication.

Just to follow up. After no communication following up to one last attempt in writing on the 6th of this month, I got my credit company involved. Within 2 days the first item arrived and the rest arrived the next day.

I would not have resorted to that measure if I had only received an explanation. For the record, communication is key.

I'm having the same issue. I ordered the transmission stiffener and whiteline bushing and got my tracking number a week ago but the tracking still says "electronic shipping information received" and nothing else. I have emailed twice and called to no avail.
