replacing trunk light on FRS

hey all,

I've been trying to replace my trunk light bulb with LED but I can't manage to get the stock bulb out...I've twisted and pulled with no results. This is quite embarassing, but is there something that I'm missing? The white cover was already a pain to remove and I'm pulling my hair out to get this damn stock bulb out

thanks in advance.

Don't twist just pull hold the connector with one hand and pull the bulb with the other I did mine last night. It takes some force.

Lol I was the same way when I changed mine. I couldn't really grip the bulb right and I was afraid it was gonna shatter in my hand but it's fine. Just use some force.

Same as everyone above me, I was scared the bulb was going to shatter in my hand, Then I got frustrated and yanked that shit out. Just Pull Don't twist.

Where a yard glove if you're worried and pull out like you did on prom night.

Once you get the cover off(squeeze the sides) just pull straight out these bulbs are pretty strong, my friend and I changed it about 4 times to get the right colour

If it was stuck that hard the tolerances on the bulb were probably way off
