https://picasaweb.google.com/darrendriven/SEMA2013 First 22 are just misc trip stuff... the next 135 are of every single 86 I came across... and then there are over 800 more photos of everything else that I, or Tyler, thought photo-worthy. Whirlwind of sprinting through the show today... photos added to the gallery!

sigh. looks like there aren't going to be any legit lip kits coming out this year. i'll be going Stillen, so @Chen can go TRD-replica. Importing Legit TRD kit is an arm and a leg.

Kohei has the Version Select CF trd-rep side skirt (which is probably the most expensive replica) and even the shop had to fix it before painting. Also, the real TRD skirts have gaskets for where it meets the car intended to keep rain/debris out, replicas have this unsightly gap that would allow for water to get in. As for legit TRD, well, let's just say shipping costs just as much as the part itself. Close to 2 grand when said and done for the full kit. I'm gonna go 2-tone stillen. http://a248.e.akamai.net/origin-cdn....jpg?1352728729 |

I wish I could go. Plus 1 next year?
I think we should do a trip next year with a group. The FT86 forum meet was fun, but Sema looks way more bad ass! I will be flying in next year though, no more driving through the desert for me lol.
Going there as a group would be fun, but trying to walk the show as a group would be a disaster. It is SO big that we spent two full days walking briskly and STILL barely saw everything. The last hour on Friday we were basically sprinting. A larger group would have a hard time moving efficiently through the show... but after each day it would be fun to regroup and do something fun.
