Awesome pictures :coolpics:

That looks like a front mount!
Those look like adjustable coilovers!
Where are the rear axles? Is the diff just for show? :slap::bellyroll:

Or i could be wrong.

RRnold 03-18-2010 05:33 PM

That has to be the radiator!

Midship Runabout 03-18-2010 06:23 PM

probably lol
It looks like the ac condenser up front followed by a nice aluminum IC. Have not seen to many radiators with aluminum side tanks looking like that.

My imagination is going wild right now.

Abflug 03-19-2010 09:17 PM

yes, the radiator, adjustable coliovers (would be great!) but where do you see the diff´?

Certainly not an intercooler upfront, the core is too tight. And the rear axel is clearly pictured and noted in the first shot, the diff has been shown in other pictures.

That exhaust configuration is interesting, it doesnt strike me with the obvious boxer style.

I think this is what should have been in the exhaust header area for the concept. this is the new turbo layout on the legacy GT.

I am pretty sure the adjustable coilovers pictured in the rear is so they can adjust the height of the car for when they take it to car show.

1) Yeah, just looks like a radiator to me too.
2) Would be killer if it had that Legacy GT setup.
3) Also agree about the coil overs just being there for the show model.

yup, tucked away under heat shields of course.

The impreza's have not switched to this new layout as far as I know. 2011 WRX was announced that the sedan was going wide body, and the whole impreza line was receiving a face lift but no word on turbo changes.
