Portland Xmas Eve Cruise

Hello everyone. If everything goes as planed my car should be put back together and fired up in December.

So How would people not going out of town like to get together and give our 86's a nice Xmas present?

What present is that? A nice little cruise of course! Don't spoil the suprise to your dear friend.... You know it's just what they want for XMAS!!!

So I will ask this. Thank this post if you are interested. I will organize a meet point. Or multiple meet points and a destination.

But first topic to debate is where should we cruise to? I was thinking Crown point if weather is permitting. I was also thinking we could do this around 2'o'clock. Everyone will want to be home to see santa!

Or would it better suit the comunity for this to take place the weekend after Xmas? The weekend before xmas is out of the question since i'll be in hawaii.

So lets make this happen as a community! I'm prob also going to open this up to the Subaru groups as well. Undecided on that just yet.

I'd be down, if my car is back together by then. It's already in tear down mode and on jack stands since I'm selling parts not necessary anymore. I hope it's all done and tuned by mid December so I'm a definite maybe.

In up for this.

My car may not be functional at that time as well. Really depends how everything falls together.

Let's just hibernate for winter.

Seems few people actually drive these cars.

lmao! does crown point sound good to everyone? also xmas eve or weekend after xmas?

Chen 11-03-2013 02:10 PM

I went to crown point a few weeks ago. Good drive but there still hidden potholes

PERRIN_Chris 11-04-2013 01:28 PM

Around wintertime, Crown Point can have a lot of gravel. But it depends on how the weather had been up to that point.
