CSG Mike always gave valuable answers and pricing when asked promptly and courteously. I will definite buy an item from them some day. Thanks again!

Great service before during and after the sell. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to buy from CSG. @CSGDavid and @CSGMike are here providing information free of charge, they answer PMs and phone calls too. I ordered a JR supercharger and oil cooler, Ace header, and Delicious tune from them and have received all but the header. The header will be a wait, they made sure I knew that before completing the order process. I got the other items and installed them, and CSG was available to help. I had problems getting a reflash to work on my car on a late Saturday afternoon, I am on the other end of the country. When I called, Mike answered the phone and guided me through the process of getting it working. It was my own error... I will do business with them again!

As chance would have it, I happened to be able to answer the phone at the moment you called.

I can't promise that I can pick up every call that comes in on a weekend though!

I've been running the stock suspension with Swift lowering springs for the past two years. While I was satisfied with the Swift springs initially, I noticed that while the ride was comfortable, the rear end felt mushy with wallowing when hitting dips mid-turn in sweepers. Road bumps and dips caused my car to bounce around. I spoke to @CSG Mike about it after reading this thread and purchased a set of Tein Flex Z coilovers from CSG after discussing it with him. They arrived a couple of days after paying (I'm local in socal though).

I just got them installed today and the difference is immediately noticeable.
Immediately after install, I felt that the suspension was firmer, yet the ride was smoother during the test drive. Road noise was reduced as well - most noticeably on the freeway. Ride height is approximately 1/4" lower than the Swift lowering springs, which is still a practical height without any rubbing. I didn't want it slammed. I'm going to be adjusting the settings based on my daily route to work over the next week or so, but I'm starting out with soft settings right now. So far, I'm happy with how it feels even without changing the settings - what a big improvement over what I had. It now feels much closer to what I imagined/hoped it would. Thanks to @CSG David and CSG Mike! (and also to West End Alignment who did the install, align and corner balance).

Kudos to you guys at CSG! Got my Flex Z the day after the transaction! Really fast shipment. Pricing is great, very good communication as well throughout the transaction.

Hope to get the suspension installed soon. Thanks again CSG!

THe CSG spec Tein SRC coil overs have transformed my car. It has made driving this car so much more enjoyable and of course freakin faster to the tune of 3 secs off my lap time. CSG once again delivers on setting up my car correctly for the track.

I run their recommended Header (ACE 4-2-1), their recommended brake pads for heavy tracking (pMu 999) and their recommended suspension system Tein SRC's. This is a deadly combo!

MaximeT 10-15-2015 09:38 AM

Are you guys at CSG able to have a set of JRZ race pro being sent from JRZ in Nederland to me in France directly ? (without a trip in the US with crazy shipping cost and taxes)

Jyn 10-17-2015 10:17 PM

CSG has been very patient with me as I am just getting into first HPDE event. They take your experience, goals, mods, and recommend parts based on that, mapping out a plan along the way to further develop you. Getting this kind of insight is a service in and of itself, so their great customer service when ordering and competitive pricing just takes the cake. Glad to be purchasing my brake pads and fluid from them!

JRZ has a North American based office in the US. It would violate their agreement with the headquarters to have a set from the Netherlands dropped off in France. We can certainly help you out with a set of JRZ RS PRO and have the entire kit shipped to you directly from our office. All JRZ setups are application specific.

Thanks for the answer on JRZ.

They quoted me 5650€ including VAT from Nederland for RS PRO sport.

I'll need to order wheels and brakes from you this winter. At this moment we will check what's the best option on JRZ (from US or Nederland)

BTW, if you're interested, Quantum is looking to enter the 86 market. You could send them an E-mail. They build amazing suspensions :

Thanks! We are open to testing if they are willing to send us a test mule. Penske, Ohlins, Bilstein, and Sachs are always welcomed too! :)

That's the description they sent me :

"The damper kit for the GT86 is still an evolution part at present and until we have finalised the kit it will remain a development program only.

At present it uses a Ø40mm insert in a fabricated case (See image) on the front to provide a very rigid and low friction unit, we did an initial study on installation stiffness using the traditional Ø22 shaft type strut and found it to be wanting for anything but road use. At present the rear is a traditional monotube damper from our Zero range"

Edit: hum, the pics went sideways for some reason.

We do not have a dyno at our shop. We can recommend you to a shop that has performed thousands of BRZ/FRS pulls. They have data on a variety of setups that can help you do some comparison tests. Please PM us for info.

As usual CSG guys are great, they emailed me concerning that my SPL arms might not be shipping quickly due to timing with SEMA. They came way sooner than expected, thank David and Mike!

Props to @CSG David and @CSG Mike for the start-to-finish process of my edelbrock e-force supercharger purchase and install. i took the tour of the edelbrock factory, decided that this was 'the' kit for me, and pre-ordered from CSG. when they finally got it in stock, we scheduled an install (yesterday) and david worked his ass off installing it. thanks for both david and mike for staying late to get it done. they're both good, no-b.s. guys. thanks, CSG!

Thank you CSG for your help setting up my car with parts you recommend for track domination!

This is Ace header + Ace FP + FlexFuel + SRC coilovers + NT01 vs. stock with RS3's and a rear sway bar.

MaximeT 03-18-2016 06:33 AM

As expected, CSG did a great job with my order.

Price discount made the shipping to France virtually free.

I should have paid 957€ custom taxes and ended up paying 472€ (base order was 3908€ for reference).

I sadly can't have the parts mounted until next month, I just can't wait.

I need to thanks Mike too for the suspension spring rate choice. I had to order locally at JRZ (12 32, yeah baby :party0030:), but I used his 10k/12k advice from discussions in other threads.

I plan to order again at CSG as soon as possible :)

Thanks for supporting the community

Here is a complain about CSG, your stickers are super hard to use :D

Was unable to use them in the engine bay.

Ended up this way :) :

If you need a custom size/color, we can provide it. The stickers are all made in-house, but generally stick best to a glossy/flat surface. If it's for a textured surface, we have to use a different (wrap grade) material, and need to know in advance ;)

Example: the "RC-1" on the mustache of the BRZ (which is a textured, plastic surface)

Bonus: guess the track.

Purchased a c38 supercharger, delicious tuning flex fuel kit, jackson racing oil cooler from counterspace garage. Took me about a month to come in. Mike and David are very patient, respond to messages in a timely manner while also being helpful. Gave me a few options to choose from for my goals. Drove all the way from Santa Barbara, California to have Mike personally install the purchased parts for me. He was very knowledgable and gave great advice. Received a call about a week after install for an update on how my kit was working, no complaints. These guys are great and I am recommending them to other car enthusiasts.

Bolobao 07-19-2016 11:14 PM

I recently ordered some products from CSG and during shipping some items were lost along the way.

@CSG David was quick to respond, followed up with status updates, and ensured that everything arrived as promised.

The products and customer service at CSG are top notch. Seriously, don't hesitate to use them for your next purchase, these guys are awesome!

jainish007 08-04-2016 02:07 AM

Have bought Jackson Racing c38 kit with dual radiator/oil cooler, injectors, fuel pump and flex fuel kit. Although delays from Jackson Racing to deliver kit, David and Mike has been very supportive. I just want to say I'm sorry for sending insane amounts of emails. You both have been great with support. I'm just very excited to come in on the Aug. 11 for install finally.
Thank you guys...

PM me size and color, and it'll be mailed out. They're usually sent separately, and sometimes the post office doesn't like envelopes that are heavy....

Great guys and customer service.

I had originally contacted them asking about the price on the MXP SP, but was somewhat unsure about the catback to go with and had asked a bunch of question from noise to quality between some systems and what they would recommend for the long term. I was looking for an exhaust that wouldn't be too annoying or unbearably loud when paired with a header down the road and they recommended the MXP SP for the long term compared to my other choices. I am glad that I went with their suggestion.

Not only were the guys at CSG helpful, but they were extremely quick to respond as well. I am loving my purchase (MXP SP catback exhaust with burnt tips). Exhaust had arrived fast as well.

Highly recommend them!

Edit: just wish I knew about the stickers though
