What would you like to know? This isn't the appropriate section for it, but please make a post in the proper subforum with your questions, and mention me by using @CSG Mike and I'll be sure to answer.

Will do, just need to but my thought together coherently!

CSG Saves the Day

Ordered new pads and fluid from CSG that I needed for a track weekend that starts this Sat. Of course with my luck, that black hole called UPS has not seen my package since July 30 when it arrived in my town.15 days later they still haven't closed the case and made arrangements for reimbursement however Mike and Dave already shipped me a replacement order prior to UPS confirming their fault. This was critical for my plans this weekend and very much appreciated!!!!

juliog 08-14-2014 03:02 PM

I hate CSG because their deals are too good to pass up and they get my $$$ every time :(

Skeneypoo 08-14-2014 03:13 PM

I'll buy from you guys

DarkSunrise 09-05-2014 09:35 AM

Not like they need another good review, but I ordered a set of Wedsport TC105N's from CSG. Great price, fast shipping, and most importantly, top-notch customer service. Not only is Mike willing to talk to you about your setup, goals and how to get there, but he (and CSG) have done a ton of aftermarket testing on this platform. Quality guys - we're lucky to have them around.

raul 09-19-2014 05:49 PM

I've been talking to @CSG Mike for quite a few months now and while I never had the opportunity to purchase anything, he was always extremely helpful and his advice helped shape my car into what it is right now, and made me a better driver as a result. Recently I was in the market for some brake pads and Mike took the time to ask me relevant questions to my application to make sure he would recommend the proper pad. I ended up with some Winmax W5s and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend CSG to anyone and I will definitely be getting my Essex Sprint kit and TWS T66-Fs when the time comes from them. And perhaps a JRSC and cooler as well. There are some shops that will get you the lowest possible price, and then there are shops like CSG, where you're not only paying for the part, but you're paying for the wealth of knowledge they will willingly share with you. That to me, is priceless.

In Ebay speak:

A+++++++++++++++++++ would buy from again!

Dave-ROR 09-19-2014 09:28 PM

 on CSG. Never disappointed.

finch1750 09-20-2014 01:56 AM

Mike and CSG have come through once again. I am having some brake issues and needed fluid only to find out what I wanted was back ordered. Mike and David made sure it was squared away quick like always.

And thanks for dealing with my order changing constantly, though I will need the spark plugs soon enough. Stupid nail in my tire :mad0260:

Lunatic 09-20-2014 10:50 AM

Mike and David have been great helping me. 1st discussing my goals and the best route to obtain them. Then as I order piece by piece shipping has been great, with them doing what ever needed to get my stuff to me sometimes at the last minute.

Can't wait to get down to southern CA to meet them and have them help me fine tune my car.

zerodark 09-27-2014 07:37 AM

Can't say enough good things about CSG (I specifically dealt with David). I ordered a set of TWS T-66Fs while I was deployed in the Philippines. David was extremely communicative with me (I ordered the gloss gold) due to the fact that initially TWS was hesitant to allow the custom colors. On his own accord... David kept me up to date on what was going on with TWS's end.. which I appreciated. When he finally found out from TSW that the gloss gold was a go I pulled the trigger.

The wheels shipped about a week ago and arrived at my friend's house in pristine condition (got deployed again so I have yet to actually see them in person.. just pictures my friend sent me). David/CSG ended up absorbing a larger than anticipated shipping cost without me even asking. Needless to say.. CSG goes far above and beyond what I was expecting.

CounterSpace Garage.. Customer Service Guarunteed! Thanks again David for all your help on this.. as I said.. I will not hesitate to use you guys again for any of my other BRZ needs.

although i haven't purchased from them, csg was kind enough to respond to my pm's in a timely manner and answer my concerns. I met mike just for a brief second to ask about assistants in getting better lap times at buttonwillow, managed to shave off a second haha. the majority of the vendors i have dealt with, i had a very pleasant experience with csg and bpauto

Dave-ROR 10-08-2014 11:43 AM

I thought I lost my CSG shirt :(

Then I found it in my hockey bag (must have worn it under gear when I last played a few months ago). Hopefully the stink comes out lol

53Driver 10-10-2014 05:22 PM

So far my car is still stock. When the times comes, will definitely be giving them a ring. I have enjoyed all their threads/posts about this platform. The question is, how do I get sponsored by them? ;)

Cop 10-27-2014 03:55 PM

I had my first interaction with CSG, specifically David, last week and I can't say how impressed I was with their level of professionalism and responsiveness. David was a great resource to bounce ideas off of for my build and helped formulate my realistic product needs. I went back and forth between a EL vs UEL header throughout the week and David gave some great advice and recommendations. I ended up purchasing a UEL header and overpipe from CSG and could not be more pleased with the product.

Overall my interaction with CSG was fantastic from the product / build needs consultation through to the final delivery. I would highly recommend them to anyone on the forum and could not say enough good things about these guys :thumbup::thumbup:

We have a roster of 5 sponsored drivers for 2014. If we get strong proposals, then that roster may expand a bit more.

Basically, it comes down to, what can you provide for CSG that CSG needs or wants, and what can CSG provide for you that would benefit you?

I was just giving you all a hard time. I really have enjoyed your posts on the forum, very informative. I'll be keeping my car stock for awhile. I've always paid my way, but if you are ever looking to add a former military pilot to your roster just let me know. ;)

CSG simply is the best of the best in all aspects!!

CounterSpace Garage 11-17-2014 08:37 PM

Thank you for the compliments and suggestions. We would like to apologize for any delays in the orders in the past 2 weeks. SEMA and Super Lap Battle this year wiped out our staff's sleep schedule completely. We're slowly getting back to our usual groove as we're recovering from the craziness. Thank you again for your patience!

I no have CSG sticker for my collection which makes me sad :(.

Thanks again Mike for taking care of my order for me even though that's not exactly what you do for CSG!

PM me your shipping address, and some color choices, and we'll make sure you have some stickers! They got backordered sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but they're back now...

Yes, yes (under braking which is the only reason it exists) and yes (the real one does it also, good luck finding one for less than $1,200 or so though). This replica is decent but still very cheap. I need to make one out of sheet metal and sell them for $500 lol

That was my next question, whether the real one flexed or not. Do they come prepainted in black or did you do that yourself? lol.

Depends on the replica. Some are primer gray. Mine isn't painted I need to eventually.

Found it just to the left of the Evasive sticker on the bottom center of the rear windshield. What do I win?

Nothing since I just like bumping the CSG feedback thread ;)

FirestormFRS 01-09-2015 09:25 PM

Haha Dave I got mah stickers today!

Churg 02-24-2015 08:45 PM

I just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at CSG, they've been extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding through my process of picking up coilovers. Originally, I was going to go for some RS-Rs, but scored a deal on some used Tein SRCs that I couldn't possibly pass up. I felt like a terrible customer, but even now they still offer advice and help out all the time. CSG is just awesome.

When I finalize my STX build and get the last few remaining parts from CSG, maybe one day I can earn one of those massive stickers on the side of my car!

But in all seriousness, thanks CSG. You're all too good.

Pat 02-24-2015 08:54 PM

:w00t:Based on my experiences with them, I'm not surprised that was your experience.

CounterSpace Garage 04-07-2015 06:51 PM

We realized many of our clients are not on the FT86Club board or don't lurk around too often.

Thank you for your support. Your contributions help us gain more knowledge on the platform so we can share this information freely to you all. This is to benefit the community as a whole and we take testing very seriously. With this knowledge, we hope the community can dominate other platforms and observe how properly developed platforms can achieve amazing feats and crush perceived limitations.

Thank you again and keep that feedback rolling!

If I had known this thread existed, I would have posted a review a long time ago... here goes:

Counterspace Garage has been amazing as a vendor and tech support resource. These guys are truly committed to expanding the knowledge base surrounding our cars. Mike answers my questions promptly and sometimes even late at night. They provide me with track data analysis, including tire temp, pressure, alignment review and adjustment suggestions. With Mike's help, I was able to completely dial in our car over the course of a few track days.

Additionally, David and Mike hooked me up with a killer package deal on my JRSC, JR Oil Cooler, Essex AP Racing Sprint kit, SS Rear lines, Project Mu 999s, and Carbotech 1521s. They even shipped out some CL RC8 and RC6 pads in time for my last track day since my 999s are stuck at the L.A. port.

In consideration of my build, the guys at CSG have never steered me wrong or sold me a part that didn't function exactly how they described it. I have been truly impressed with the knowledge and service from CSG.

I will be running NASA TTB this season, and with CSGs past and future help, I expect to be very successful.

Thanks guys!

53Driver 04-08-2015 10:22 AM

While I haven't purchased anything from CSG, they have been a wealth of information on this board. My question is, being that you both have S2Ks and are huge S2K fans, why isn't there more S2K stuff on your website? Do you not stock much S2K stuff since the car has been out of production for about 6 years now and it's harder to move parts for them? Or do you have access to more stuff and it's just not listed on your site?

I have had them add parts to their website, just so I could order them, haha. It is best to just hit David @ CSG up if you are looking for any part or any advice on S2k parts. I have tons of PMs and other messages back and forth with David discussing my build and parts.

Do you have a build thread? I look forward to following your success. You should bump dat power up and run TT3 where the real competition is. :D

There are many parts for the S2k, however, only a few parts actually do a whole lot of transformation. These are test proven parts that we know will drastically change the dynamics of the car. There are a few other things to consider which we haven't put up on the website, but like @King Tut said, we've been adding things as they go. There is a lot of fluff and we prefer to add parts that work. ;)

On another note, we started from nothing and we're slowly populating our website. We hope to transform the website throughout 2015 so it makes it easier to navigate, as well as provide a new look to make the experience much more pleasing. It's one of those things that we have been wanting to do but our staffing is overworked due to the busy test and R&D schedules. In California, the weather is too good so we rarely have any downtime...
