A resonator would do exactly that
you will get a cleaner sound without that tinny note
and you will reduce the decibels
I can gaurantee that because i had a non resonated paired up witha greddy sp elite and it rasped and sounded bad, then when i added this it helped tremendously.
I ended up selling the sp elite becasue i wanted a full catback and went with teh q300, but the q300 paired up with a resonated front pipe was way to quiet, so i went back to a non resnated front pipe.
You gotta think of it like a balancing game. If you have a non resonated front pipe, your ehxaust should be resonated to have a cleaner sound.
now im at a point where i am satisfied with the sound but i have this pipe to sell lol. |
