Front turn signal and Parking Light Help!
 

Hey guys. I'm having problems with the front turn signal lights.
Well, my front left turn signal light works, when I activate the left turn indicator switch, but when I turn on the parking lights or the headlights, it doesn't work. Whats the deal? The bulb works, but when the headlights are on, it doesn't?
I checked for fuses, but I don't see anything for this particular issue. Maybe it's a problem with my headlight switch?

Are they stock bulbs or LEDs?

They are stock bulbs. I noticed that there are 2 brightnesses. When you use the turn signal, i guess more current travels through(brighter) than when you have the parking lights or head lights on.
