What is that rattling noise near the front passenger side window?
What I noticed is that when I have the passenger window rolled up (or 80%+ rolled up), the rattling occurs.
But when the window is all the way down, it stops. My car is only about a month old. Any ideas? |

You might try applying some silicone spray in the window channels and on the weatherstriping. It just may make it better if the glass is kinda sticking/binding in the channel.
Heck, if it don't work....it won't do any harm....:) humfrz |
Take it back to the dealer and have it fixed.

Yep.
I keep hearing rattling coming from the passanger window, and it keeps pissing me off. I mentioned it to the dealer and they said they had no idea what was causing it. :iono: |
I'm guessing that with the window partially down, as it's frameless, the window will tend to move around a bit if the car's going over bumps. I'd suggest the same thing that humfrz recommended. I used to get these noises in one of my past cars whenever I drove over bumps (chassis flexed a bit) and wiped all of the seals with a slight grease and the noise stopped.

I have some silicon spray laying around, so I'll give it a shot.
