FS in FL: 2013 Firestorm FR-S w/ P&L Turbo Kit--REDUCED!

****SOLD****

Well, it's been a fun time w/ the car, but I'm looking to move on... MANY thanks to this great community of enthusiasts.

I love the car--but I'm going back to AWD--probably an Audi TT RS. If it was AWD, I'd ABSOLUTELY keep it.

I'm the original owner & have all books/window sticker etc. It's 13 mos old now & has not had ANY issues while I've owned it.

I've used the car to AutoX & tracked it once when I instructed @ Roebling, when it was stock. The car is not beat or ragged--it still looks fantastic (no dents/dings/large scratches etc). There are ZERO issues w/ the car. Feel free to do a leakdown & compression test--it's all good. The Turbo setup works perfectly & the tune is spot-on. It feels like an OEM setup & the car goes like hell. I'd say it's abt as quick as an '01 C5 Z06 Vette (I had one).

The Turbo has been on the car roughly 3 mos & only has abt 1200 mi on the Turbo/clutch setup.

The car is modded w/ suspension/brakes etc, but I'm removing all of it save the Turbo/clutch/fueling setup, so it will be essentially stock other than the following (WHAT a sleeper!):

-12238 mi on car--no paint/bodywork/damage/garaged/nonsmoker. Very clean
-1200 mi on Turbo/clutch/fueling
-P&L Turbo kit hard parts ceramicoated
-FA20 Flex Fuel setup & tune--perfect driveability
-269/307whp on 93/e85 on spring
-ACT 6-puck sprung clutch
-DW 900cc injectors/265 pump
-Lightweight Pulley
All totaled up abt ~$8k to duplicate--it was done right w/o shortcuts. I'm a very particular guy that's been modding cars almost 30 years--so rest assured, the car is dialed in.

I have not taken the remainder of the parts off the car yet, but will be doing it very soon (waiting for my buddy's shop to get space on the lift).

Here's a pic of the Turbo:

Here's a recent pic of the car w/ the Weds rims (already sold):

*MANY pics in posts 36 & 37*

This is a way to get a Turbo car & save some $$ & hassles doing it.

$27.5k I feel that's a fair price for what you get on a fully dialed-in car that has plenty of headroom for power upgrades (it should put down 400whp+ w/ 13-14lbs on e85 & the new clutch will hold it).

Please--serious only. Trade? Do you have a TT RS? Yes? we'll talk--my car + cash, of course. OR a (MUST BE MINT) WRB STi/possibly an Evo
Also, pls do not bombard me w/ requests for the parts I'm taking off--most of them are spoken for & I will post those that aren't WHEN they're off the car. I don't want anyone waiting on parts that aren't ready to go yet.

Thanks in advance,

George B.

Hmm. TTRS' are lovely. The TT platform really is solid. I rode in a buddy's TTS up on roads by the Dragon in NC and it felt uber planted.

unbelievable price! good luck with sale man...I'm also considering going back to AWD, waiting till the LA Auto Show in November to see what the 2015 STi is all about.

Awesome price, somebody needs to jump on this! He's done all the hard work. :)

Thanks, gents. The car won't disappoint...

Beautiful car and a great seller. Fantastic price as well, this is a beautiful turbo setup.
Best of luck with the sale George!

Man you are going to kill the resale value of my car setting the price that low. I think I am going to have to part mine out.

Viper & King--2 examples of people that are part of this community that have been of great help to me in my car's build--thx, gents!

Chris, I think the performance/dollar value for the new buyer will be best in the form I'll sell it. It is a really nice bargain & they can customize the rest of the car w/ their choice of parts to suit them--not conforming to my setup.
You aren't selling anyways ;-)

That is a great price for a properly modified turbo FR-S. I am actually selling here pretty soon. I do love the Audi TT-RS as well, but while I know you accept a dual clutch as a valid transmission, I am still not willing to sacrifice the ability to shift my own gears. If the TT-RS came with a manual, I would be considering it, but alas the E92 M3, Z4MC, and 981 CS are currently at the top of my list again.

Well... It ONLY comes with a manual--no dual-clutch for the US market, for some reason. Back on your list! lol

Ah, I had forgotten that. I must have been thinking RS5. Checking Autotrader now, haha.

The car should be in final sale trim by Tues, and I'll post pics of car then. I should have shots of interior this weekend to put up, in the meantime.

I *may* consider an 08+ WRB STi as a trade as well. Must be in great shape & never been in snow/salt. Mods ok, if stock parts come w/ car.

Some pics as promised. I can't say the car is without some very minor imperfections--but it's extra clean. I take good care of my things...
